Google announced the dates for its annual developer conference, I/O 2021. The three-day event starts on Tuesday, May 18, and will end on Thursday, May 20. Google I/O 2021 will be a completely virtual and free-to-attend digital event. Last year, the I/O 2020 was about to take place and indeed scheduled but didn’t go as expected. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, Google had to cancel the event entirely. However, they’re back now with the digital event this time.

Google mentioned that the entire schedule of the three-day event would be out later this month. Until then, the company showcased an I/O 2021 Puzzle for the interested participants to solve. The registrations are already live; all the developers who want to be I/O 2021 attendees can register on their official website.

How will things go at Google I/O 2021?

Google I/O 2021 features Consumer and Developer Keynotes that focus on company and product news. And followed by Technical Sessions focus on product announcements and how to adopt new features. These sessions will be scheduled throughout the three-day event.

One can register to participate in interactive Workshops and Ask Me Anything Sessions (AMAs). Workshops are instructor-led with Q&A sessions; Whereas the Ask Me Anything Sessions (AMAs) are an opportunity to ask Google product experts questions.

Facilitated forums hosted by Google will enable attendees to connect with each other. Users should register to participate.

Developers can also try Google’s new products and features through a hands-on experience using Interactive Sandboxes available in I/O Adventure. In addition, Codelabs and Learning Pathways are always-on, which help you adopt Google technology.
