Honor Band 6 was released in China back in November 2020; it is now reaching the global markets. It is the successor of Honor Band 5, which went well in the budget Fitness Trackers segment. The Honor Band 6 is a fitness band having a larger watch-like display. So it’s where it gets the thumbs up. Let’s go through the specs, pricing, and release date.

Honor Band 6 Official renders

The Honor Band 6 features a large 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a 194 x 368-pixel resolution. It offers 148% more display area than the 0.95-inch display found on its predecessor. It is built in a plastic chassis holding a huge branding placed on the left. The Band offers a big list of watch faces, and you customize directly from the watch face store on the Huawei Health app.

There are a SpO2 monitor and a heart rate sensor, and the Band can also track sleep and stress through the integrated sensors.

The battery capacity is 180 mAh, which is enough to provide between 10 and 14 days of life on a single charge. And it does support fast charge. For instance, charge it for 10 min and wear it for 3 days, as they claim it.

The Honor Band 6 supports 10 workout modes. It also can automatically detect the activity if the user forgot to turn it on.

The Honor Band 6 will be available in Meteorite Black, Sandstone Gray, or Coral Pink colors. You can see them in the above picture. The band will first be available through AliExpress from March 28 and will eventually be available via Honor’s online stores in April.

Talking about price, it will retail at € 49.9 (4,300 INR approx.) in Europe. And it is listed at $34.99 – $47.99 on AliExpress, depending on the region.
