Micromax after their announcement about their comeback into the smartphone industry with the “in” series has got a lot of attention. Micromax has finally launched its new line up “in Note 1” and “in 1b“. We have already got to know about the processors in smartphones which were teased in a Tweet by Micromax a few days ago. The launch event starts with Rahul Sharma the CO-Founder of Micromax sitting in the companies factory.
Micromax IN Note 1:
The first model of the phone coming from Micromax IN is the IN Note 1. When we talk about the on-paper specs of this phone it comes with a MediaTek Helio G85 processor. The phone comes with a 6.67-inch punch hole FHD+ IPS display. Now coming to the cameras it has a 48MP quad-camera setup. The main camera is a 48MP AI camera, an ultrawide camera with 5MP, and a field view of 115 degrees. The remaining two cameras are the 2MP depth and 2MP macro sensors. The front camera is a 16MP wide sensor which has a field view of 78 degrees. Both the front and back cameras can record video up to 1080@30fps.
The IN Note 1 comes with a big 5000mAh battery and 18W fast charger in the box. The smartphone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The IN Note 1 will be coming with stock Android without any bloatware and ads. The company promises Android updates for up to 2 years. The phone comes in only two colors Green and White.
The Phone has two versions each with 4GB RAM and different storage options. The pricing of the 64GB storage version is at Rs. 10,999 and 128GB storage version is Rs. 12,499.
Micromax IN 1b:
This is a more budget tight phone from Micromax. The IN 1b is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35. The display is a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD with v-notch. The camera setup has a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is an 8MP sensor. The IN 1b also has a 5000mAh battery with a 10W charger in the box. The phone will be having stock Android and Android 10 out of the box. The smartphone also has a fingerprint at the rear. The IN 1b comes in 3 colors Blue, Purple, and Green.
This phone also comes in two variants with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage priced at Rs. 6,999. Another variant comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage priced at Rs.7,999.
It is happy to finally have an Indian made smartphone launching. There is something to note in the launch you can see the company in every spec mentions “India”.
