Qualcomm in partnership with Asus has launched a smartphone for Insiders. This phone is dubbed the Qualcomm Smartphone for the Snapdragon Insiders. The phone comes with a top of the line Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The phone is specially designed for the Snapdragon Insider members. The Snapdragon Insider has been launched in its inception back in March this year.
Snapdragon smartphone for insiders will be having the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset with a 144Hz refresh rate. The display will be a AMOLED display 6.78-inch full HD+ with up to 1200+ nits. The display is HDR10 and HDR10+ certified. The insider phone is designed and manufactured by Asus. The phone comes with a Snapdragon X60 5G modem that supports all the sub 6 mmWave Bands. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon sound that can deliver 24-bit, 96Khz music streaming with ultra low latency is used in the phone.
The phone comes with a triple rare camera with a 64MP Sony IMX686 main sensor. The secondary sensor is a 12MP Sony IMX363 with f/2.2 for ultra wide shots. The third sensor is a 8MP telephoto lens. The front has a 24MP camera for selfies. The phone also has a stereo sound support. Snapdragon Insiders phone has a storage of 512GB of UFS 3.1. Talking about connectivity the phone has Bluetooth V5.2 with aptX Adaptive sound, NFC, GPS/A-GPS/NavIC, and USB Type-c.
Snapdragon Insiders has a 4000mAh battery and support Qualcomm quick charge 5.0. The phone comes with a TWS earbuds with support to 24-bit, 96kHz audio with ultra low latency support. These earbuds will be having the Qualcomm QCC5141 inside and also offers Active Noise Cancellation.
The price of the phone is at $1,499 in the US and will go on Sale in August 2021. In India the phone will be available later this year and might be priced at Rs. 1,11,990.
