Apple hasn’t even yet launched its next series of iPhone and here we have a rumour about iPhone 15. Until now we had news about the upcoming iPhone 14 series that it will be a notch-less display. But that is kind of nothing new for the smartphone world as Android already has notch-less display phones. That is why Apple is going one more step by removing the physical sim slot in their iPhone 15 Pro lineup.

According to the news from various sources, it is noted that Apple is looking to remove the physical sim slot in their iPhone. Instead, everyone will be using an e-sim in order to use the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. Until now we didn’t get a dual sim iPhone but with the introduction of the e-sim users will be able to use two e-sims. The present iPhones do have support to dual sims but only one physical sim and another e-sim.

This feature will be mostly available only for the Pro models and not the non-Pro models. By the introduction of the support to only e-sim on iPhone will provide the phone with a little more space inside either to include a new camera sensor or increase battery size. The rumour is posted by a Brazilian Blog Do iPhone website. The post on the website mentions that the information came from an insider but has no confirmation so we have to treat it as a rumour. Apart from the e-sim, another rumour that is circulating about the iPhone 15 is the no port iPhone.

The rumour says Apple is also looking to remove the lightning cable port. This will make the phone charge completely wireless and the speaker to be inside the screen. Also to note Apple iPhone 15 Pro might be the first iPhone to have a periscope lens.

So, that’s been it. Thank you for reading, and do share the article if you get a bit of information. Also, keep an eye on this space for more relevant updates. Stay safe, and we hope to see you around.
